Getting an Account
Tail Health accounts are set up by Four Birds on request. To request one, tap Request access on the sign-in screen, or email hello@tailhealth.app with your name and vet practice. We'll set up your account and send you your sign-in details.
Signing In
Sign in with the email and password we sent you. If you've forgotten your password or can't sign in, email us and we'll reset it.
Your Records
Your records are saved on your iPhone, so Tail Health works without signal, and backed up to your account when you're online. Sign in on a new iPhone and they're restored.
Deleting Your Account
In Tail Health, go to Settings → Delete account. This permanently deletes your account and all your farms, herds and audits.
